Metal analysis:
1. the upper and lower housings and assoclated weldments are constructed of 13- gauge SEA - AISI 304 stainless steel.
2. Chrome plating ( ASTM B380 ): all chrome parts subjected result in very little to no evidence of corrosion after 1 cycle.
3. Humidity test ( ASTM D1735- 87 ): no evidence of rust or corrosion after 200 hours of continuous exposure.
4. Salt spray ( ASTM B 117- 90 ) no evidence of corrosion after 200 hours of continuous exposure.
