Description :
1. Bias cutter (auto splicing type) dual let-off station.
2. Constant tension control system. Auto tear-off control while ply cord was sticked with lining cloth. Bottom conveyor for transporting ply cord to under splicing table and connecting by one operator easily and quickly. Almost no trouble festoon control station, with 2 sets of edge trimming devices. Auto cutting and high precision transporting conveyor, accuracy ± 1mm, driven by A.C. servo motor and less backlash gear reducer. Transporting vacuum bar and cross conveyor all were driven by A.C. servo motor and less backlash gear reducer. Auto splicing device and high precision position control system can produce 12~15 cut/min, in high splicing quality.
