Description :
1. Function and features: all functions are controlled digitally , including green tire loading device, mold up/ down positions, center post height position, PCI rim width adjustment... etc.
2. The touch screen for each curing machine can memorize 100 sizes of production conditions. Applying this memory function, all the sizes will be adjusted automatically. (In case of connecting with a computer, more sizes will be memorized.)
3. Two cavities for each curing machine could produce different tire size individually at the same time, or either one cavity also could stop producing. The following motions could be controlled individually:
(1) Mold up/ down position.
(2) Center post up/ down position.
(3) Green tire loading device.
(4) Cured tire unloading device.
(5) PCI rim pans distance.
(6) Platens and mold container temperature control.
(7) Internal heating medium individual control is optional item.
4. Function of computer system:
(1) The computer system could control the tire production and management of many curing machines.
(2) You could input all of the tire production conditions for either one cavity, including curing medium schedule and the above Item 3 mentioned motions, for instance the adjustment and automatic operation.
(3) It could monitor live each curing machine's starting condition and every value, further to calculate it. The temperature and pressure trend chart for each cavity could be checked live .
(4) It is easy to re-check all the saved history datum of each curing machine.
(5) The following reports could be printed out:
a. Daily report: it could set the time period or the machine number to print out the daily report.
b. Classified report: it could set the time period or machine number to do the classified calculation of each cavity.
c. Trend report: it could set the time period and the trend displaying range to print out the trend report.
5. User management: it is to manage the users' authorization range.
6. One set of hydraulic power unit can serve 5 sets of curing machines. After the long improvement by experience, we mount the pump units and filter under the oil tank for no damage for a long period and easy maintenance. We don't use the traditional trap for the cooling water discharging of platen and container, but use the piston valve to discharge cooling water after detecting temperature to avoid the trap clogged by a foreign subject, or the trap itself damaging. So that, the temperature could retain stable. The hydraulic cylinder was designed specially through more-than-30-year using experience and several improvement. Thus, it gets very long service life and no oil leaking.
